Position Title Technical Account Engineer Position Type Fixed term contract Start Date ASAP Location Dussledorf, Germany Contact: Jo Tianchang Li | +49 (0) 89 23 88 98 42 Responsibilities: According to the key account management requirements, complete the required actions of the key account for the specific key account served on time, with quality and quantity, including but not limited to customer service report, customer visit (on-site if necessary), service talk, customer resource usage analysis, and optimization suggestions. Provide key service go-live assurance, specific service migration Effectively manage the issues and requirements raised by specific key accounts, frontline personnel, and service managers of Client’s CLOUD from the perspective of customers. Regularly collect, identify, and review key requirements, and push O&M/products to be included in the requirement pipeline in a timely manner and ensure final implementation. To improve customer satisfaction and improve Client’s CLOUD products. Cooperate with related departments to continuously optimize the key account requirement management process, regulations, and related systems and tools, and provide training and enablement for related personnel. Complete other tasks required by the department Requirements At least three years of development experience in the IT/CT industry, with technical background in the related industry. The following work experience is preferred Have at least two years of experience in public cloud O&M or VIP customer service, understand basic O&M processes, and be able to flexibly use the processes to promote problem resolution and target achievement. At least one year`s experience in product requirement analysis, requirement management, and product development, and master the basic functions and cloud service architecture of mainstream cloud Be engaged in product availability optimization and have their own insights on reliability, maintainability, and performance optimization. Experience in O&M and VIP customer service of mainstream cloud vendors such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud is preferred. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Have a sense of customer service, think about problems from the perspective of Client’s CLOUD customers, and arrange work and rest time. Strong learning ability and focus on technical learning and summarization. Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch Good knowledge of IT service management is mandatory IT/Cloud knowledge is preferred Good at Chinese/English.
