Your tasks
6. Planning the detailed production program, taking into account available capacities and adherence to agreed delivery dates.
7. Scheduling and planning incoming customer orders into the production process.
8. Coordination of critical bottlenecks and process hurdles with relevant internal (e.g. sales, purchasing) and external interfaces.
9. Supporting the efficient provision of materials and feeding components into the production line.
10. Organization and implementation of on-time device deliveries to customer locations.
11. Ensuring the correct invoicing of production orders in the SAP ERP system (PP module).
12. Reviewing and optimizing existing production plans and workflows to increase process efficiency.
13. Defining operations, work sequences and required resources for new and existing products.
14. Determining the necessary production capacities and initiating optimization measures in the event of under- or overcapacity.
Your profile
15. Sound training or qualification in the field of industrial engineering or a comparable technical/business field.
16. Application knowledge in SAP (ideally module PP - Production Planning) for processing production orders.
17. Confident handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel for data analysis and reports.
18. Language skills in German (business fluent, C1 level) and English (good knowledge, B2 level) for international communication.
19. Strong communication skills for efficient coordination with internal and external partners.
20. Strong teamwork skills and enjoy working in interdisciplinary groups.
21. Ability to work independently and under pressure.
22. Structured way of working and hands-on mentality for practical solutions to complex tasks.
