We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to drive growth in the emerging PDC, PPC, and new markets segment. This role is pivotal in shaping our go-to-market strategies, building strong commercial and technical partnerships, and establishing influential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to accelerate adoption and success. As a strategic partner to sales, product management, and local marketing teams, you will develop tailored value propositions that resonate with customers and position our solutions as market leaders. Product Manager PDC, PPC & New Market Specific Responsibilities Market Expansion & Adoption Evaluate opportunities for market growth and lead regional adoption of our Rowa & Parata product portfolio across Europe in collaboration with business development, sales, and local product managers. Partnership Development Identify and engage key European partners to deliver holistic solutions and seamless integration with customers’ existing operational landscapes. Value Proposition & Competitive Analysis Define and refine our segment‑specific value proposition, analyze competitive landscapes, and enable the commercial organization through targeted training. Sales Enablement Tools Develop impactful tools (e.g., ROI and TCO calculators) to support successful negotiations in partnership with internal teams and external consultants.Customer Advocacy: Establish reference sites, create compelling case studies, and secure customer speakers for events to showcase success stories. Market Shaping & Policy Influence Collaborate with our public policy team to influence PPC market development and participate in political discussions and debates. Strategic Contribution Play a key role in the Annual Strategic Review (ASR) process and contribute to marketing strategy development. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Revenue growth in the fields of PDC and PPC.Successful partnerships that help driving funnel growth in this business segment.Support into developing strategic accounts together with business development.Enhanced customer engagement, satisfaction, and referral rate. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent.5+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in intralogistics or related fields.Proven Key Account Management expertise and strong commercial acumen.Exceptional communication skills with experience in matrix organizations.Strategic thinker with strong analytical and project management capabilities.Fluent in German and English.Willingness to travel extensively (approx. 60%). Salary or hourly rate ranges have been implemented to reward associates fairly and competitively, as well as to support recognition of associates’ progress, ranging from entry level to experts in their field, and talent mobility. There are many factors, such as location, that contribute to the range displayed. The salary or hourly rate offered to a successful candidate is determined by their experience, education, and skills, as well as the labor laws and Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) requirements applicable to the work location.
