The role requires the individual to take alead role in advising the strategic sales teams in how to match oursystemic capability with the customer need. Once the customer is aligned to a solution,then to take the lead role in process definition and projectplanning to meet the desired implementation timelines, in orderthat our strategic sales personnel can remain as externally focusedas possible. As new requirements are uncoveredthen to support the development of new capabilities to meet thoseneeds. This role is a major cog in the wheel that will bedrivingArrow towards the long term market shareobjectives. Principalaccountabilities: Manage & Execute complexprojects related to Special (Exec) Assignments, Customer Specific(Segregated Supply), Company Acquisitions & Merge, ChangeManagement, execution of the Strategy, Organizational Changes inorder to get things done. Manages and oversees theprocessing of sales orders ensuring accurate receipt and booking,tracking sales shipments, delivery, billing and backlog activities,providing internal sales reports, responding to inquiries regardingstatus of orders and resolves customer order difficulties. Managesall facets of customer retention (CRM) including participating inthe resolution of customer concerns and defining and developing acustomer contact strategy. Manages return materials authorization(RMA) processes for ensuring customer returns, exchanges, serviceand repairs are done with speed and accuracy and allclient/customer service delivery issues are resolved. Resolve escalated operational related issues including vendorconcerns, contract reviews, new programs. Assign, designand create new processes for special services/programs forcustomer. Manages market research to determine special pricing fornon standard items in the interests of ensuring appropriate profitmargins are reached and maintained. Selects, develops,and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of thefunction. Manage staff including personnel development, hiring,training, etc. Monitor and review work of staff. Mayoversee customer quotes activities
