As Senior Product Owner (all genders) for the myEW Account, you will play a key role in shaping and scaling one of our strategic growth pillars. You will be responsible for translating business and customer needs into high-impact digital solutions that strengthen customer loyalty, increase retention, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
Tasks
What you'll do
1. Own the product vision, roadmap and backlog for our myEW account
2. Independently write user stories that translate business goals and customer needs into clear, prioritized product requirements
3. Act as the primary interface between business, engineering, UX, data and stakeholders
4. Drive the implementation of loyalty mechanisms such as Wallets, cashback models, subscriptions or similar value propositions
5. Ensure security, compliance and data protection requirements are embedded in all product decisions (e.g. authentication, customer data protection)
6. Define and track product KPIs (e.g. retention rate, engagement, revenue impact)
7. Continuously optimize the product based on data, user feedback and business priorities
8. Ensure high delivery quality and sustainable product development within an agile setup (lateral leadership of a squad)

Requirements
What you'll need
9. At least 5 years’ experience working as a Product Owner/Product Manager
10. In depth experience in developing both app and web products
11. An analytical mindset, experience with quantitative and qualitative methods such as A/B testing and enthusiasm for digging into data
12. Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
13. Experience writing user stories to build up a product backlog
14. Experience with digital loyalty & account products, security and authentication topics is a strong plus
15. Fluent business English skills (both written and spoken)
