Energy Retail Strategy Manager
Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Energy Retail Strategy Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leading the group-wide strategy development, driving strategic priorities, and contributing to capital market commitments.
* Lead the development of energy retail strategies and drive their execution across multiple countries.
* Translate strategic direction into clear targets, actionable initiatives, and high-impact projects.
* Develop cross-functional collaboration frameworks to enhance knowledge sharing and consistency.
* Provide in-depth market and competitor analysis, delivering clear recommendations for strategic positioning.
* Monitor regulatory and political developments and prepare board-level briefings with strategic recommendations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in Energy Retail (commodities and/or energy solutions), e-commerce, telecommunications, or top-tier strategy consulting with exposure to international markets.
* Proven track record in strategy development and execution, including translating group-wide strategies into operational targets and driving strategy rollouts across multiple countries.
* Strong experience in stakeholder management, including direct interaction with senior executives and board-level decision makers.
* Solid understanding of the energy industry, particularly Energy Retail, with good knowledge of EU regulatory and political dynamics impacting the sector.
* Demonstrated ability to design and implement cross-country collaboration models, steering frameworks, and governance structures in complex organizations.
* Analytical strength with the ability to derive data-driven strategic insights from market and competitive analyses.
* Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
