We are looking for a Business Developer – someone who either comes from Account Management or is currently an Application Specialist ready to take the leap into sales!
Ideally, you're coming from the Medical Technology (Medizintechnik) sector and have experience selling into laboratories and hospitals, navigating multi-stakeholder environments – from lab CEOs to procurement departments in large clinics.

We're looking for a strong hunter with a passion for building new business and developing existing customer relationships. In this field-based role, you’ll take ownership of your region—driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and creating long-term value through strategic account development.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Driving new business development and nurturing existing accounts
* Creating territory sales strategies aligned with commercial goals
* Building relationships with key stakeholders and healthcare professionals
* Managing the full sales cycle including tenders, CRM updates, and forecasting
What you bring:
* A Bachelor's degree and proven sales success in clinical or life science environments
* Strong business acumen, goal orientation, and customer focus
* Excellent communication in German and English are both MANDATORY
* Willingness to travel up to 60% across your territory
