Your Profile / Qualifications
What You Bring
6. A degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
7. 3+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally in a global services or industrial environment.
8. A proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes.
9. Strong understanding of service business models, KPIs, and operational excellence frameworks.
10. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.
11. Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma).
