Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) – Eastern and Southern Europe
located in Poland, Czechia or Slovakia

Your future tasks:
· Further development of the respective country markets in Eastern and Southern Europe as well as increasing sales and market share of our brands.
· Servicing and actively supporting our existing customers in wholesale and retail and acquiring new customers.
· Close collaboration and cooperation with the interfaces in international sales, marketing, and purchasing.
· Regular reporting to management, taking KPIs into account.
· Analysis of market potential, competitors, and trends to develop country-specific market strategies.
· Assistance in the preparation of offer and contract documents.
· Participation in international and local trade fairs, customer appointments, consumer and trade shows, and representation of the company on site
What you bring to the table:
· A degree in economics or comparable training, ideally with a focus on sales.
· At least 3 years of professional experience in FMCG sales.
· High level of self-motivation, strong communication skills, and an independent way of working.
· Intercultural competence and enjoyment of working with international partners.
· Strong analytical skills as a basis for developing strategies.
· Goal-oriented and efficient way of working with budget responsibility.
· Team player and communication with all relevant interfaces.
· Business-level in English, other languages are an advantage.
· Willingness to travel and a confident manner in an international environment.
· Passion for pets.
