With a proven foundation in Germany and active operations across several European markets, we are now focused on scaling our product and expanding further across Europe. We are looking for a Product Manager to join our product team and own the translation of real customer and business needs into shipped product. Your mission You will work at the intersection of engineering, internal teams, and real customer problems. Your focus is on making sure the right things are built, clearly defined, and reliably shipped. This is a hands-on role with significant ownership over how work moves from idea to production. Key responsibilities: Translate customer, commercial, and operational needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Own and continuously refine the backlog for your product area, ensuring work is well-prioritized and ready for development Work closely with engineers on a daily basis to clarify scope, answer questions, and make implementation trade-offs Drive product initiatives through development, testing, and release, ensuring features are shipped reliably and with high quality Coordinate internal testing and support rollouts so new functionality works in real-world usage Work on both customer-facing features and internal tools supporting core processes such as credit checks, KYC, invoicing, and operational workflows Take responsibility for product quality in your area and continuously improve how product work is planned, shipped, and maintained Your profile We’re looking for someone who enjoys being close to the work and taking things over the finish line. Ideal profile would include: 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in a software-driven environment Strong experience with backlog ownership, story writing, and working closely with engineers The ability to break down complex problems into clear, actionable requirements A pragmatic mindset and comfort making trade-offs between speed, quality, and scope Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience with B2B products, internal tools, or process-heavy systems is a plus German language skills are a strong plus, given our installer base and internal stakeholders We value high ownership, fast execution, and low-ego collaboration. We work on-site in Berlin five days a week and stay closely connected to our users, partners, and internal teams. This role is not a good fit if you’re looking for strict 9–5 boundaries, highly siloed work, or a purely coordination-focused PM role without deep involvement in product decisions and delivery.
