Project description: As part of the project, a new TV streaming platform will be connected to o2 Client systems, and customer processes for using streaming services via this platform will be implemented on the corresponding systems. The systems are U-320 (Salcus), U-467 (Service Delivery Platform), and U648 (4th Platform Local Services). Project description: The goal of the "Community+" project is the development of new community functions for the ALDI TALK Community+ (technical implementation). The service includes consulting the department on the planning, implementation, and controlling of software and IT infrastructure projects for the App Push Notifications project, with the following tasks: The service includes consulting the department on the planning, implementation, and controlling of software and IT infrastructure projects, with the following tasks: Planning, controlling, and monitoring software deliveries in the above-mentioned projects IT project management for technical implementation in compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality Planning and controlling the scope, budget, and timeline for the implementation of key functionalities based on the milestones defined in the SRs Creation of a project plan with all agreed deliverables Control to ensure the delivery of all agreed deliverables in compliance with the dimensions of time, scope, budget, and quality Active project controlling in the dimensions of time, scope, budget, and quality and early initiation of countermeasures if target achievement is at risk Active management of project risks Active management of project issues, including active management of necessary escalations Progress monitoring for all deliverables during project implementation Preparation and conduct of steering board meetings Without the activities described above, the software delivery would be poor, delayed, expensive, and inefficient.
