Missions:
* Taking over first projects for process optimization in the area of customer service within DACH to improve customer satisfaction, costs and quality
* Conducting feasibility studies and building business cases for order automation or EDI projects
* Supporting daily business of DACH Customer Solution team via analyses and process improvements
* Quantitative ad hoc analysis and evaluation of customer service processes and order data
Über Dich
* Completed studies in the area of Business Administration/Economics
* First professional experience through relevant internships in supply chain, ideally with reporting and data analysis
* Very good knowledge about MS Office applications (especially MS Excel), VBA and Power BI knowledge are a plus
* SAP knowledge preferable, very good numerical reasoning, as well as ability to think analytically and conceptually
* Fluent in English, German is a plus
Are you eligible for a V.I.E?
V.I.E is a type of contract linked to Business France (French public organism) allowing Europeans to work internationally for a designated company. This is a 6 to 24 months contract.
* You must be aged 18 to 28. You must have completed national service obligation.
* You must be a citizen of the European Economic Area.
* You must have never worked in the country in which you wish to do your V.I.E.
* You have never done a V.I.E before.
What are the contractual advantages of the V.I.E ?
* There are no taxes and charges on salary, as a V.I.E your social security is covered by April international.
* You will be granted with 2,5 days off per month.
* Your gratification is fixed according to the Business France grid.
* The cost of your back-and-forth flight or train tickets is covered.
