YOUR TASKS
* Lead and organize international project teams, assigning responsibilities and managing timelines
* Develop project scope, objectives, KPIs, schedules, and budgets for improvement projects
* Monitor and report on project status, including cost, timing, and staffing
* Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and resolve obstacles to project delivery
* Organize and facilitate workshops and steering committees with global stakeholders
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
* Coach and provide guidance to junior project managers and cross-functional teams
YOUR PROFIL
* University degree in Engineering, Science, or Management
* Several years of experience leading projects from definition to roll-out, including process improvements
* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (Power BI, ERP/SAP)
* Fluent in business English; additional local language is a plus
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work independently in a global, matrix organization with a proactive attitude
* Experience in Service Operations; wind energy sector knowledge is an advantage
