The Essential Requirements of the Job Include
University degree or vocational training (Ausbildung) in HR administration & management Minimum 3 years of experience if you are a HR Generalist OR 5 years as HRBP possibly in a matrix environment Sound knowledge of German Labor and Social Law Experience working with Work Council Fluent German and fluent English
