The Project Manager is the central primary contact for our customers throughout order execution - from design through manufacturing to testing and shipping.
Responsibilities
* Independent coordination of customer requests
* Coordination of interfaces, schedules, and scope of delivery with internal departments to ensure smooth process flow
* Monitoring milestones and preparing regular progress reports
* Supporting factory acceptance tests and customer visits
* Change management
* Proactively initiating lessons learned to improve execution performance
Requirements
* Completed degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field
* Initial experience in project management or order execution
* Proficient in MS Office
* Basic knowledge of SAP R/3 modules SD, MM is desirable
* Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written
* Strong communication skills, customer orientation, analytical abilities, and assertiveness
