In addition, the individual will also oversee and lead cybersecurity initiatives and develop strategies to prevent breaches and ensure security policies are followed.

Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary lead for both Software Project Management and Cybersecurity Compliance.
* Cybersecurity Roadmap: Lead the initiative to ensure all software products achieve full compliance with the Cybersecurity Resilience Act by 2027, managing the necessary risk assessments and documentation.
* Develop and refine modern software methodologies (Agile/Scrum) to bring structure and efficiency to the development lifecycle.
* Manage workflows for a seasoned internal team of domain experts and coordinate deliverables with external software development partners.
* Bring organisation to current projects, defining clear timescales, managing documentation, and handling ad-hoc customer requirements.
What We're Looking For
* A strong background in Software Engineering is essential; you must understand development processes deeply to manage them effectively.
* Proven experience in process improvement within a software environment.
* Ideally have existing exposure to cybersecurity compliance, documentation, and risk management (familiarity with the Cybersecurity Resilience Act is a distinct advantage).
* A self-starter with a strong personality who can drive change, show autonomy, and guide an experienced team of subject matter experts.
* Fluent in English; basic German skills are preferable for internal coordination.
