Your tasks
6. Management of complex and large-volume construction projects in the field of transportation infrastructure (roads, railways, bridges, tunnels)
7. Management of all project phases, from detailed planning and tendering through to execution and acceptance
8. Leading interdisciplinary project teams and coordinating external service providers, subcontractors and authorities
9. Ensuring compliance with targets in terms of costs, deadlines and quality
10. Analysis and proactive risk management to identify and minimize potential project risks at an early stage
11. Conducting negotiations and professional contract management with contractors and suppliers
12. Reporting project progress to all internal stakeholders and management
13. Ensuring compliance with the highest standards in the areas of occupational health and safety and environmental protection on the construction site
14. Communication and effective stakeholder management with local residents, public institutions and interest groups
Your profile
15. In-depth specialist knowledge in the fields of civil engineering or transportation through a corresponding qualification
16. Proven, extensive practical experience in the successful management of complex transport infrastructure construction projects
17. Sound knowledge and confident application of the VOB, HOAI regulations and relevant technical standards
18. Experience and ideally certification in established project management methods, e.g. PMP or IPMA
19. Confident use of common project management software (e.g. MS Project) and the MS Office suite
20. Business fluent in written and spoken German
21. Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills
22. High sense of responsibility, structured way of working and strong problem-solving skills
23. Flexibility and willingness to travel
