As a Product Designer (all genders) for our Workforce as a Service solution, you are a critical member of the Product Trio, working alongside Product Managers and Engineering Leads to discover, validate, and deliver solutions that address real customer problems. Through close collaboration, strategic design, and user-driven insights, you will help shape products that deliver measurable value to both users and the business. Focus on eliminating friction points in the user journey, ensuring designs solve real problems and meet user expectations with clarity and ease of use.
Continous User Research: Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research activities—such as user interviews, contextual inquiries, workshops, and usability tests—to uncover actionable insights.
Strategic Design Execution: Translate research findings into interactive prototypes and pixel-perfect designs, ensuring usability and simplicity even for complex workflows, and initiating change initiatives through narrative document analysis (we use Amazon 6-pager method).
Iterative Delivery: Collaborate closely with engineers during implementation, ensuring design quality and consistency throughout the Delivery process. Design System Contribution: Enhance and maintain our proprietary Design System to ensure consistency and scalability across all platforms.
Your work will directly shape multiple platforms for crew operators, workforce project managers and their travelers while seamlessly integrating with third-party applications.
Several years of experience in product design (B2B/B2C), simplifying complex processes into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
Strong expertise in usability testing and addressing the usability risk through hypothesis-driven design and continuous iteration, with a data focused way of working.
A collaborative mindset, thriving as part of the Product Trio (PM, Designer, Engineer) to ensure product success.
Proficiency in design tools and research platforms like Figma, Miro, Dovetail, and User Interviews.
Experience in user-centered research methods and translating insights into actionable design solutions.
Excellent communication skills in the English language, with the ability to advocate for usability and align diverse stakeholders.

This is a Berlin based position with occasional travel to our HQ in Cologne for team meetings, The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
