Resource Management:
10. Efficient resource allocation and conflict resolution
11. Coordination with internal teams and external AI partners
Risk and Issue Management:
12. Development of a robust risk management framework
13. Identification and mitigation of technical and regulatory risks
14. Escalation of critical issues to senior management
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
15. Tracking of progress and outcomes using AI-specific KPIs
16. Definition of success metrics and ROI for AI initiatives
17. Regular stakeholder and leadership reporting
Continuous Improvement:

Your Profile
21. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
22. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification (preferred)
23. Experience in managing AI/data science projects (., ML, NLP, CV)
24. Solid understanding of project and AI methodologies
25. Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple complex projects
26. Proficiency with tools like MS Project, JIRA, Confluence
27. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
28. Comfortable with agile, evolving project environments
29. Experience in retail digitalization and innovation (plus)
30. Strategic thinker (m/f/d) with a detail-oriented approach
31. Self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable in fast-paced settings
