Facilities Manager Location: Saxony, Germany
Salary: €55,000 - €70,000 gross per year + bonus
An established hospitality group is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations at one of its locations in Dresden. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong technical knowledge and leadership skills.
Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules to ensure smooth operations.
Conduct regular inspections and address maintenance and repair needs.
Manage maintenance budgets and control expenditures.
Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing training and performance evaluations.
Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other critical systems to maintain efficiency and compliance.
Respond to maintenance issues and guest requests in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement emergency response procedures.
Work closely with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities with minimal disruption.
Support planned renovations or facility upgrades while maintaining daily operations.
Proven experience in maintenance or facilities management, ideally within the hospitality industry.
Strong technical knowledge of building systems, equipment, and maintenance protocols.
Leadership and team management skills with the ability to train and motivate staff.
Fluency in German and English is required.
Degree or certification in engineering, facilities management, or a related field.
Experience using maintenance management software.
Knowledge of energy-efficient and sustainable maintenance practices.
