We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Manager to join our expanding team in Germany.
You will be responsible for developing sales across Europe, managing customer accounts, and identifying new opportunities in the vehicle lighting market. This position is primarily office-based, working closely with the Managing Director and international sales team.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and trade customers.
* Manage sales inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups with professionalism and speed.
* Identify new markets and customers within the truck, tractor, and construction machinery sectors.
* Support marketing initiatives, exhibitions, and product promotions.
* Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure smooth order processing.
* Report on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
Requirements
* Experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in automotive, machinery, or lighting sectors.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
* Proficiency in German and English (additional languages an advantage).
* Competence with MS Office and CRM systems (training provided).
* A proactive, driven attitude with a focus on achieving results.
