In addition to our diverse benefits, a full-time position offers an attractive starting salary between €111,300/year and €139,100/year plus a variable component. The starting salary depends on your qualifications and professional experience.
What you will drive
1. You will act as a strategic sparring partner to senior leadership on all HR-related matters and provide executive-ready guidance
2. You will advise on reorganizations, leadership and people development, career and succession planning, as well as strategic workforce planning
3. Furthermore, you will assess, challenge, and develop organizational design to enable performance, agility, and role clarity across interfaces
4. Accompanying managers through change and culture development, including effective stakeholder management will be among your tasks
5. You will guide budgeting and steer people-related business KPIs, translating critical business demands into actionable HR solutions
6. Additionally, you will proactively collaborate with HR experts to design and implement impactful HR products and lead key HR projects across the organization
What helps you succeed
7. You bring a university degree, ideally with a focus on human resources, business, psychology, or a related discipline
8. Your profile shows long-term experience (7-10 years) in strategic HR Business Partner roles, preferably within international companies and complex matrix environments
9. You are proficient in data analytics and HR analytics and confident with HR information systems and digital HR tools
10. Strong business acumen, consulting and negotiating capability, a proactive solution orientation, and distinctive problem-solving abilities are among your strengths
11. You excel in stakeholder management, communicate and facilitate effectively across diverse groups, and present in an executive style to senior leaders
12. Fluency in German and English, intercultural competence in global organizations as well as knowledge of labor law and compliance are necessary
