KG Organization SE CFO Business Unit Grid Technologies Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Mid-level Professional A Snapshot of Your Day In this role, you take the Finance Lead in selling and driving complex, large-scale service projects for HVDC Offshore solutions and make critical decisions that drive projects from the initial bidding phase all the way to successful execution.You play a vital role in our mission. Siemens Energy solutions are at the forefront of transmitting wind power from the North Sea to southern Germany, ensuring grid stability and reliability. Our comprehensive long-term maintenance agreements, also for the international market, guarantee the safe and efficient operation of these systems, providing a stable power supply for entire nations.How You’ll Make an Impact
7. Collaborate with the technical bid manager to strategize and develop complex offers and conclude corresponding customer contracts including preparation of key decision meetings (BRC 3,2 and 1).
8. Take primary responsibility for contractual and commercial topics to shape competitive offers, pricing models and ensure an appropriate risk minimization as well as lead complex contract negotiations together with your technical partner.
9. Ensure a balanced distribution of risks between regions and headquarters in international business, while complying with legal, export and tax requirements.
10. Drive digitalization, standardization and transformation to streamline and optimize the bid management landscape.
What You Bring
11. A university degree or equivalent experience in business administration or related fields
12. Long-term proven professional experience in commercial bid management and sales for large-scale projects, preferably in a service environment
13. Experience in leading international financial and legal negotiations in direct customer contact, as well as steering internal and external partners.
14. Excellent communication skills with business English and German, coupled with strong assertiveness and the ability to effectively advocate for ideas and decisions
15. Dedication and flexibility with a track record of working independently and achieving results
16. Advanced knowledge in SAP, MS Office (Excel, Power Point) and finance tools (Dashboards, Alteryx, SAP SAC) would be preferable.
