You lead the end-to-end integration of risk scores and related business actions into production systems, including the online booking funnel, counter software, and operational workflows
You coordinate between Actuarial Risk Steering, Data Science, Tech, and Operations to ensure seamless deployment of risk models and policies into live environments
You develop project plans, track milestones, manage dependencies, and proactively identify and mitigate risks across complex cross-functional implementations
You facilitate workshops and alignment meetings with stakeholders across Finance, Tech, and Operations to define requirements, priorities, and delivery timelines
You drive the rollout of risk policies and business actions, ensuring adoption across all relevant touchpoints (booking, check-in, check-out, payments)
You monitor project progress and communicate status updates to leadership and key stakeholders
Experience You have several years of experience in project or program management, ideally in tech-driven environments with exposure to system integrations or digital product delivery
Education You hold a university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
Hard Skills You are proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project
experience as a Product Owner is a strong plus
Stakeholder Management You communicate clearly and confidently, influence across Finance, Tech, and Operations without direct authority, and align diverse teams effectively
Language You are fluent in English, proficiency in German is a strong plus
