Your Responsibilities
* As project leader, you lead and manage international projects from strategy to execution across service excellence, demand management, and digital operational tools
* You drive digitalization roadmaps, IT solution rollouts, and change management initiatives
* Furthermore, you act as the vital link between business and IT-gathering requirements, defining user stories, and steering alignment across functions
* You develop and manage business cases, moderate workshops, and facilitate stakeholder engagement
* Additionally, you coordinate the sunsetting of legacy IT systems in line with architectural visions
* Lastly, you collaborate with cross-functional teams across countries and continents
Your Profile
* Degree in IT, Business Informatics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
* Proven experience in project management, demand management, and process optimization
* Skilled in managing complex IT roll-outs and leading cross-functional teams
* Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
* Experienced in developing digital tools and platforms for service execution-background in field service or industrial inspection is a plus
* Excellent communicator and facilitator with strong stakeholder management skills
* Fluent in English (mandatory); German and/or French is a strong advantage.
* Strong international and cross-cultural awareness
