For our client ArianeGroup GmbH in Taufkirchen, we are seeking a qualified Quality Manager (m/f/d) on a temporary staffing basis. In this responsible position, you will ensure adherence to the highest quality standards throughout the entire product lifecycle. Your tasks
9. Monitoring and ensuring quality standards in the production processes
10. Participation in the definition and implementation of quality control concepts in internal and external working groups.
11. Validation and re-validation of "special processes" as well as support for release to commodity and process representatives.
12. Systematic further development of the quality assurance system (CIP, Quality Improvement Plan)
13. Conducting root cause analyses and initiating corrective actions
14. Interface management between manufacturing, engineering and external partners to optimize quality performance
Your profile
15. Completed Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aerospace or a comparable technical field
16. Mandatory: Training as a quality management specialist (ISO 9001)
17. Several years of professional experience (over 2 years) in quality management and manufacturing engineering
18. Experience in project management (at least 1 year) and sound knowledge of configuration management
19. Knowledge of Lean Management and Continuous Improvement (CIP)
20. Safe handling of the SAP Q module
21. Fluent German and English skills; basic French skills are an advantage.
22. High level of responsibility, resilience and strong ability to integrate into the team
