Your tasks
6. Operational excellence: You control and coordinate the entire production process and ensure that our orders are delivered on time.
7. Budget & technology: You will manage the department in line with the budget plan and be responsible for coordinating maintenance and repair work.
8. Process optimization: You will play an active role in the further development and technical optimization of our systems and processes.
9. Team leadership: You will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of the production, warehouse and operating technology departments, including personnel deployment planning.
10. Compliance & safety: You are responsible for compliance with legal requirements, occupational safety, accident prevention, hygiene and quality standards.
Your profile
11. Qualifications: Successfully completed studies (process engineering, chemical engineering, chemical plant engineering) and several years of management experience in medium-sized industry.
12. Leadership: Experience in leading heterogeneous teams (different age groups and qualification levels).
13. Soft skills: High degree of resilience, flexibility and strong interpersonal skills.
14. Working style: Independent, solution-oriented action paired with real organizational talent.
