Key Responsibilities:

* Manage global partnerships and strategic projects, including pricing strategy definition.
* Design marketing initiatives to support segment development.
* Foster long-term relationships with customers through regular travel and market analysis.
* Navigate industry-specific requirements within the defense sector.
Your Profile:
* Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management and/or Engineering (or equivalent).
* Possess a technical background and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and systems.
* Demonstrate proven leadership abilities, strong communication skills, and effective interaction across diverse cultures.
* Speak fluent English and either French or German. Additional languages are an asset.
* Be willing to travel 20-40% of the time, internationally.
