I'm working with a climate-tech company looking to improve lives across the world. Through regenerative practices, they aim to enable companies to work in a more climate-friendly way. Operating internationally, they have ambitious plans and need a CTO with software industry and AI experience to lead their engineering teams. Responsibilities
* You will strategically design and execute short and long-term technology plans
* You will develop the engineering team, improving efficiency
* You will design and improve a scalable service-oriented architecture
* You will build data products and guide data teams
* You will improve existing and implement new engineering practices
* You will work with various senior stakeholders, partners and investors
Required Skills
* You speak fluent German or English
* You have many years of proven leadership experience
* You have designed, implemented and driven technology plans forward on a large scale
* You have a deep grasp of software engineering processes and have guided engineering teams in the past
* You have used AI to enable teams to be more productive and improve company efficiency
Desired Skills
* You speak both German and English fluently
* You have held a similar previous position (CISO, CTO, Head of IT, etc.)
* You have experience working in the same industry
