As an Account Manager (m/w/d) in our Distribution & Artisans team, you will be at the heart of this mission - driving growth, building strong customer partnerships, and bringing value‑adding solutions to life. This is a home-based role and covers the customers within Austria & a fixed-term, 2 years contract. The successful candidate needs to live in the area close to Austria.



Responsibilities

* Identify new business opportunities and develop winning sales strategies within your region
* Build and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with customers
* Drive sales of our premium products and tailor-made solutions
* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms
* Ensure effective collaboration between customers and internal teams
* Own your sales targets and profitability goals
* Monitor market and competitor trends and translate insights into action
* Conduct market and competitor analyses to support strategic decisions
* Maintain high-quality CRM data in Salesforce





Your profile

* Strong commercial mindset and 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in food & beverage industry
* Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - or vocational training in food craftsmanship
* Fluent German and confident English communication
* Solid MS Office skills; SAP and Salesforce experience is a plus
* Strong project and stakeholder management abilities
* Valid driver’s license
* Entrepreneurial, proactive, and energized by a can‑do attitude
* Motivated by exceeding goals and winning in competitive markets
* A team player who enjoys supporting colleagues and growing together
* Reliable, structured, and resilient - even when things move fast
* A natural solution seller who focuses on creating real value for customers
