We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales & Business Development to lead and grow wholesale business across the DACH region. Location can be anywhere, though Berlin or Düsseldorf preferred.
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on account management, requiring someone who can expand market presence, strengthen relationships, and deliver revenue growth across sportswear and streetwear brands.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead sales and business development strategy for the DACH region, driving revenue growth across multiple brands.
* Develop and manage senior relationships with key accounts, including Zalando, About You, Snipes, P&C, Intersport, Sport2000, KaDeWe, Engelhorn, and others.
* Partner with clients and internal teams to shape collections that fit the local market, including developing special make-ups (SMUs).
* Oversee seasonal sell-in, negotiations, and key account planning to maximize sell-through and margin.
* Identify new business opportunities and open doors with additional accounts across the region.
* Provide market insight and feedback to brand, merchandising, and product teams.
* Work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver consistent and scalable growth.
Profile
* Significant wholesale sales leadership experience in Germany/DACH, across apparel and/or footwear.
* Deep understanding of the regional market with a strong existing network of senior buyer contacts.
* Track record of growing sales with major platforms (Zalando expertise essential) and premium retailers.
* Experience developing market-specific assortments and
SMUs
with brands and retail partners.
* Commercially sharp, entrepreneurial, and results-driven.
* Fluent in German and English.
