Your tasks
9. Conducting needs analyses together with the respective stakeholders.
10. Conducting procurement market analyses (taking global sourcing into account)
11. Conducting tenders and comparing offers from the perspective of "Total Cost of Ownership", identifying risks and opportunities and ensuring implementation
12. Conducting negotiations and selecting suppliers in coordination with the interface partners.
13. Contract drafting taking into account the sales contracts
14. Responsibility for supplier management (LM) (supplier evaluation and supplier development) in the cross-functional team
15. Claim management in coordination with the project team and purchasing department
16. Delivery of all necessary figures and data for purchasing controlling
17. Project procurement activities as needed
18. Improving the overall performance of the supply chain through line and project work based on cross-functional principles
19. Conducting supplier visits
20. Home office share: 50%
Your profile
21. Completed university or university of applied sciences degree (e.g., in business administration) or a comparable qualification
22. Several years of professional experience in purchasing
23. Good knowledge of the following tools: SAP, LN, MS Office
24. Fluent English skills, both spoken and written
25. Knowledge of contract law and a strong technical understanding
26. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
27. High level of personal initiative
28. Organizational skills and assertiveness
