📋 Context of the Position :
Leads end-to-end deployment projects, aligning cross-functional teams, tracking progress with agile tools, managing risks, and ensuring timely, on-budget delivery with clear stakeholder communication.
🎯 Your Responsibilities:
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:
* Lead end-to-end planning and execution of deployment projects, ensuring on-time delivery and within scope and budget.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineers, QA, and product managers to define project goals and timelines.
* Translate business requirements into clear project plans with milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
* Track project progress using agile methodologies and tools like ZOHO Projects, Zendesk, Office 365.
* Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies that could impact project timelines or outcomes.
* Ensure clear and consistent communication across all project stakeholders.
* Manage external vendors or third-party resources when required.
🕵️What We're Looking For:
* Experience: Proven experience managing software deployment projects in an agile environment
* Languages: Proficient in German and English
* Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to address different types of stakeholders.
* Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SDLC, agile/scrum practices, and project management tools.
* Interpersonal Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities.
