For the Aesculap division at the Tuttlingen location, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager (f/m/d) - Robotic Surgery Platform in Global Marketing for the Robotic Surgery area.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
* As a Senior Product Manager (f/m/d), you are responsible for conducting market analyses, market observations, and competitive analyses
* You develop and implement strategies for the product portfolio and product positioning
* You create comprehensive business plans to support the product strategy
* You take on portfolio and lifecycle management in collaboration with R&D, production, quality management, Aesculap Technical Service, as well as interfaces to global sales, marketing, communications, local sales organizations, and SCM
* You are responsible for creating and maintaining the product roadmap
* As a Senior Product Manager (f/m/d), you work closely with clinical partners, customers, subsidiaries, distributors, and external development partners
* You develop training content and conduct international product training for customers and employees
* You identify customer requirements and derive product requirements
Professional Competencies:
* You have a degree in business administration or medical technology (DH, FH, or university)
* You have in-depth knowledge of the challenges in neurosurgery and spinal surgery and are able to master them professionally
* You have several years of professional experience (min. 5 years) in MedTech, marketing, and product management, preferably with a technical background
* You have a strong intrinsic motivation to understand the needs of customers and can communicate on an equal footing with surgical professionals
* You are proficient in using MS Office and have good presentation and communication skills
* Fluent English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile
