The Product Owner Cyber Hygiene Factory is responsible for the backlog, roadmap and overall effectiveness of the operational cyber hygiene processes (especially vulnerability, patch and baseline configuration management). The role ensures the Cyber Hygiene Factory delivers measurable risk reduction and aligns with business, IT and regulatory priorities.
Own and manage the Cyber Hygiene Factory product backlog (epics, user stories, requirements)
Define and monitor goals and KPIs for the Cyber Hygiene Factory (e.g. patch compliance, SLA adherence, vulnerability aging)
Integrate lessons learned from incidents and problem management into Factory processes
Communicate roadmap, status and risks to management and relevant stakeholders
Several years of experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar role in an IT or security context
Good understanding of cyber security, in particular vulnerability, patch and configuration management
Experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and collaboration tools (e.g. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Very good English skills; German is an advantage
