We are currently creating a team in Frankfurt of individuals specialized in the Pharmaceutical industry, to be our direct staff, and comfortable communicating in both English and German .
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Delivery: Lead projects to meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets while achieving margin goals.
* Work Plan Execution: Develop and adapt project plans to align with client and project needs.
* Reporting & Quality Assurance: Produce accurate reports and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
* Resource Management: Monitor team performance, prepare resource plans, and collaborate with operational disciplines.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including regular updates to the Operations Director.
* Client Relationships: Build long-term partnerships and foster repeat business opportunities.
* Business Development: Support client presentations, develop commercial proposals, and contribute to organizational initiatives.
Experience & Skills Required:
* Experience: Minimum 10 years’ project management experience within the pharmaceuticals sector, managing projects valued at €60M–€100M+.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical/Process Engineering preferred) and PMI qualification (or equivalent).
* Expertise: Strong commercial acumen, proficiency with construction contracts, and proven ability to deliver projects successfully.
