As a Sales manager for the French market, you'll identify new business opportunities to generate revenue and help the business grow !


Who are we ?

JYX GmbH in Bensheim founded in 2022, is a sales office of the production company Jiayaoxing Packaging

Group Co., Ltd., with headquarters in Dongguan China over 15 year, and further locations in Hongkong,

the USA and from 2024 also in Indonesia. First-class quality, innovations and our own design and

development department for high-quality paper packaging make us an ideal partner for private labels as

well as well-known brand manufacturers in the cosmetics and luxury goods industry. From now on, we will

continuously expand these partnerships and success as a supplier of individually developed and

produced packaging to meet customer needs in Europe.

Responsibilities

• Strengthening and improving the company's market position by acquiring, maintaining and developing new customers to grow and achieve sales targets.

• Generate leads and build up strong and effective business relations with the customers.

• Working cross-functionally with all departments of our German entity and our production facility in China.

• Reporting sales activities to the Head of France weekly and monthly.


We can´t wait to meet you if you are / have:

• passionate about the packaging industry with extensive B2B sales and marketing experience. Our customers are cosmetics, fragrance, wine & spirits, fashion, consumer electronics brands

• +5 years if experience in the paper packaging industry with a proven and successful track record of B2B sales

• French native speaker

• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and consultation skills

• Able to meet and exceed goals and targets

• We love our customers and so you do! Excellent customer service skills

• Hunter approach and ability to close deals

• Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills in English

• Solid computer skills using MS office software


Soft skills : pro-actively thinking, solution orientated, curiosity and flexibility


We offer you:

• A Remote position

• Performance-related salary (basis+bonus) and a wage rise annually possible

• Extensive training period in Bensheim and/or Dongguan China

• Experienced sales colleagues to support you
