Position overview
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Autodesk Project Management team in EMEA. As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage the execution and completion of Consulting Services for our largest customers, from start to end. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and meet Customer expectations. You oversee the work of the Project Delivery Team, consisting of one or multiple consultants, during project execution.
1. You will report into a Manager of the Project Management team as an individual contributor
2. You will be based in commutable distance to our office Krakow, Poland or in Germany
3. You will enjoy flexibility with a hybrid workplace arrangement
Responsibilities
4. Oversee consulting customer projects, implementing Autodesk Solutions and Technologies
5. Collaborate with Customers and Customer Success Managers to align Customer Success Plans with evolving customer needs
6. Translate project vision into clear goals for the delivery team
7. Coordinate project scoping activities with customers, inter-departmental teams, and account teams
8. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and controls using standard Project Management software and tools
9. Monitor project progress to ensure completion within defined schedule, budget, and quality parameters and manage project risks
10. Manage external resources (contractors), oversee contracting, delivery and invoicing
11. Forecast project revenue and contractor service fees
12. Participate in account team meetings and customer business reviews
Minimum Qualifications
13. Have working proficiency in English and German
14. Bring up to 5-10 years of Project Management experience in Professional Services/Consulting within the IT or AEC/MFG industry
15. Have experience in customer-facing roles and enjoy building customer relationship
16. Have a structured and organized approach, set yourself clear goals and deliver
17. Value processes and compliance
18. Are comfortable managing several projects in parallel
19. Appreciate an environment with frequent change and novelty
20. Have a clear interest in Project Management and a commitment to continuous development within the field.
21. Demonstrate team management skills, coupled with a collaborative and inclusive mindset
Preferred Qualifications
22. PMP or other project management certifications recommended
23. SAFe, Scrum or other agile certification is a plus
