As a culture architect and strategic compass, you’ll switch between advisor, mediator, analyst, and consultant—guiding HR topics, supporting staffing processes, making data‑driven decisions, and ensuring success for both people and business.Your ResponsibilitiesAdvise & Support: Guide managers through organisational and individual topics, including change processes and sensitive decisions.Be the Go‑To Expert: Serve as the first point of contact for all HR‑related matters and ensure smooth execution of operational HR tasks.Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships, foster collaboration, and boost engagement and productivity.Process & System Excellence: Work with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and optimise processes for efficiency and compliance.Drive People & Business Success: Translate KPIs into actionable insights and lead initiatives in performance management, talent development, and compensation & benefits.Culture & Change: Act as a culture architect and support our “Health in one Click” transformation with empathy and pragmatism.What You BringSeveral years of experience as an HR Generalist or People Partner, ideally in dynamic environments (scale‑up, start‑up, or corporate).Solid knowledge of labour law, HR processes, policies, and administrative tasks.Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills with an adaptable communication style.Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and ability to interpret KPIs.Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).Self‑driven, proactive, and solution‑oriented with a “can‑do” mindset.Ideally, a degree in economics, psychology, or business education with a focus on Human Resources (or equivalent qualification).Important: We value skills, impact, and potential.
