We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our External audit team. This role involves managing a portfolio of diverse clients, including those in the Private Equity and Real Estate sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Partners to oversee client relationships and ensure engagement efficiency;
* Organize and supervise audit engagements to meet quality and deadline requirements;
* Manage team members during field work and guarantee profitability;
* Nurture trust-based relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive issue resolution;
* Promote services and represent the company at external events;
* Contribute to growth and influence by participating in internal and external working groups.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Management, or Business School, preferably with audit or control specialization;
* Certified Public Accountant and/or Réviseur d'entreprises certification;
* At least 7 years of experience in External Audit with focus on Private Equity and Real Estate sector, ideally in Luxembourg;
* Fluent English speaker;
* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills;
* Ability to train, motivate, and develop employees.
