Your responsibilities
1. Manage project teams and coordinate the necessary activities towards the execution of assigned projects
2. Establish, maintain, and manage a project schedule starting at late-stage development until execution closure with a focus on deviation analysis and its respective impacts towards the project
3. Develop clear and precise work breakdown structures to efficiently reach expected project goals including lot definitions to support the tendering, RFI (Request for Information) and RFP (Request for Proposal) processes
4. Ensure all acceptance criteria for each contractual scope has been met as per each contract’s terms
5. Ensure that leadership is informed of any project risks, particularly with respect of impacts to project scope, finances, schedule, HSSEQ and possible inpact to any outside party
6. Focus on continual improvement towards the process and way of working with a focus on implementation of digital systems and modern technologies to efficiently manage the construction and project management lifecycle
7. Actively promote a safe way of working culture
8. Report to the Head Project Management in respect of scope, finances, schedule and HSSEQ of assigned projects
Your profile
9. Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or other relevant degree
10. 3-5 Years of professional experience, from which at least 3 years in the management of large-scale and or multiple mid-sized solar projects in UK.
11. Basic understanding of Civil, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical concepts and drawings
12. Experience managing teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
13. Able to work independently, and as a team, while handling and prioritizing multiple tasks
14. Advanced MS Project scheduling knowledge and techniques
15. Fluent in written and spoken English (other European languages of our markets is a plus)
16. Ability and willingness to travel
17. Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) or International Project Management Association (IPMA) Certification
18. Preferred: Strong understanding of the principles contained within Waterfall, Agile and Lean management including their respective strengths and weaknesses
