Become part of our diverse, dedicated and unique team! What you can expect You define the specific (business) requirements for the Dynamics CRM system in DKV Sales. In doing so, you act as a bridge between all parties involved, including management, operational units across Europe, and development teams. You create and manage the Sales Product Backlog and related User Stories for agile system development. Together with the Product Owner Dynamics CRM – Customer Service, you prioritize the requirements and manage their implementation by our internal and external development teams. You develop and are responsible for the CRM Roadmap in DKV Sales. In the continuous development of Dynamics CRM, you consider both the needs of the operational units and the latest technical developments in CRM systems. You keep an eye on the development and implementation of new CRM features. As a Product Owner, you ensure the timely delivery according to your agreed roadmap in terms of cost and quality. With your excellent process understanding, you capture, analyze, and optimize the CRM-relevant DKV processes, thereby significantly contributing to efficiency gains. You always keep our customers in focus. You support the operational units in the introduction of new CRM features, train key users, and ensure optimal knowledge transfer. After the implementation, you remain the main contact person for the Sales Key Users across Europe. What makes you stand out You have successfully completed a degree in business administration or a field relevant to the position, such as business informatics. You should have at least 4 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position. You bring a basic understanding of information technology, including software architectures, databases, and interface technologies. Ideally, you are well-versed in the CRM solution Microsoft Dynamics 365. You are communicative, a strong moderator, and convincing. Conceptual work and having a lot of creative freedom are very important to you. Stagnation is a foreign word to you. Daily challenges, questioning the status quo, and a fast-paced environment are exactly your thing. You enjoy delving into complex structures without losing sight of the goal. Your negotiation-level German skills, both written and spoken, are complemented by very good English skills. Ideally, you have additional language skills. You enjoy occasional travel.
