Your way to impact

You’ll join our Global Technical Account Management team and work alongside peers in Global Technical Support, Customer Success, Sales, and Enterprise Integrations. As the key technical adviser for your merchants, you’ll build strong relationshipswith stakeholders across multiple levels of their business. You’ll also collaborate with global SRE (Site Reliability Engineering), Product, and Engineering teams to advocate on your merchants’ behalf to improve products, systems, and processes.

Your day-to-day

After onboarding with your new-hire buddy, on a day-to-day basis you’ll:

1. Diagnose issues with APIs, SDKs,payment flows, and latency, and communicate these to merchants and internal stakeholders.

2. Consult with merchants and internal teams on customer experience improvements and best practices.

3. Build strong relationships to help merchants be successful now and into the future.

4. Learn new skills, technologies, and tools to grow personally and professionally.

What do you need to bring

5. German fluency would be advantageous. English fluency is a prerequisite.

6. You’re curious, enjoy problem-solving, and love getting to the root cause of issues — all while championing the customer with empathy and advocacy

7. You’re technically minded, quick to adopt new tools, and have experience with web technologies like JavaScript, PHP, Java, REST, GraphQL, and SQL (or are eager to learn them).

8. You’re a confident communicator, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels — from merchant CEOs and CTOs to development teams

9. You’re self-motivated, well-organized, and thrive working independently with the support of a collaborative team — even taking part in on-call rotations while maintaining work-life balance.

10. You bring your authentic self to work, add to a diverse culture, and have relevant customer-facing, technical experience (and maybe even a degree).
