OverviewYour career at Deutsche Börse GroupYour area of work:As a Project Manager for the ‘OneGroup’ program you will significantly contribute to our transformation towards a unified operating model under our Deutsche Börse Group overall strategy with the purpose of strengthening cross-group collaboration, gaining governance clarity and striving for execution excellence.Your responsibilitiesAs ‘OneGroup’ Project Manager you will support the program manager in the delivery of all relevant Project Manager activities, specifically:Process & Standards: Design, implement and maintain project management methodologies, processes, and best practicesPlanning & Execution: Project planning, scheduling, defining scope, setting milestones, and allocating resourcesMonitoring & Reporting: Track project progress, budget, risks and issues, prepare consolidated reports for stakeholders and senior managementGovernance: Ensure the project adheres to organizational policies and align with strategic objectivesRisk Management: Identify, assess and help mitigate project risks and dependenciesStakeholder Engagement: Serve as a competent point of contact for organizational matters and assist with key program coordinationYour profileYou have a university degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar degreeYou have proven experience in a senior role of a project management, and high level of attention to detail as well as good analytical skillsYou have strong leadership, excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesYou have excellent communications skills, organizational skills and ability to work well in a teamYou bring along initiative as well as an independent and goal-oriented approach to workYou are confident in handling project management tools and office applications (especially MS Office, Jira and SharePoint)Fluent in English, both written and spoken; German is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
