DAS SIND IHRE AUFGABEN
* Selbstständige technische Optimierung und Wartung von Produktionsanlagen mit Verantwortung für eine hohe Anlagenverfügbarkeit
* Verantwortung für Wartungsstillstände: Leitung, Planung und Koordination umfangreicher betriebsinterner Wartungsmaßnahmen
* Selbstständige Abwicklung von technischen Projekten als Projektmanager
* Entwicklung, Planung und Konstruktion von komplexten technischen Verbesserungen
* Fremdfirmenkoordination im Rahmen von Wartung, Instandhaltung und Projekten
* Erstellung von Ersatzteilkonzepten inkl. Bedarfsermittlung und Beschaffung
* Sicherstellung eines gesetzeskonformen sicheren Betriebs der zugewiesenen Anlagen unter Einhaltung aller relevanten Vorschriften (u.a. USG)
* Teilnahme an der Rufbereitschaft
DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT
* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) oder Mechatroniker (m/w/d)
* Weiterbildung zum Meister (z.B. Industriemeister Mechatronik / Metall) oder staatlich geprüften Techniker (m/w/d) wünschenswert
* Fundierte Kenntnisse in Maschinentechnik und mechanischer Instandhaltung
* Erfahrung als Projektmanager (termin- und kostengerechter Umsetzung) wünschenswert
* Kenntnisse in Prozess- und Verfahrenstechnik sowie Explosionsschutz von Vorteil
* Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Organisationsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
* Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
