Mechanical project manager

SilverBack is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a leading engineering & construction team delivering hyperscale Data Centre projects in Munich, Germany.

The Role:

• Manage mechanical packages on large-scale construction projects
• Oversee site operations, safety, QA, scheduling, and subcontractors
• Coordinate project delivery from installation through to handover
• Track project progress, costs, labour, materials, and reporting
• Lead site teams while maintaining high HSE and quality standards

Requirements:

• Relevant trade or third-level qualification
• 5+ years’ experience in Project Management
• Strong background in large mechanical installation projects
• Experience managing subcontractors and site operations
• Good knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical systems
• Strong communication, organisation, and IT skills
• Ability to deliver projects to tight deadlines
