Lead the deployment of the technical solution on behalf of the program. Support and challenge retrofit and mitigation strategies while contributing to technical solution development. Translate program and retrofit requirements into actionable inputs for engineering, procurement, suppliers, and supply chain teams. Ensure all stakeholders’ inputs align with retrofit objectives (time, cost, quality) and oversee embodiment until full fleet completion.
