What you will do with us
Digitalization, AI, ransomware, data leaks, and global supply chain attacks – the importance of cybersecurity has never been greater and continues to grow. As an international consulting firm, we provide tailored and efficient support to top clients across numerous industries. Together with them, we identify their specific consulting needs and develop high-quality solutions.
* You act as the central contact person and representative (all genders) of usd AG in web conferences, on the telephone or in on-site consultations.
* You proactively promote continuous and close cooperation with our new and existing customers.
* You are the direct interface between our specialist departments, external partners and our customers.
* You are responsible for creating offers and tender documents for complex consulting services in the context of IT and information security.
* You provide comprehensive support to our clients, from the initial consultation to project completion.
* You will gain direct insights into the IT and information security processes of top international clients.
What you bring
* A degree in a technical or business administration field, a successfully completed (IT) training program, or knowledge acquired through professional experience.
* A strong affinity for IT topics and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex subjects.
* Knowledge of commercial fundamentals and contract types in consulting.
* You enjoy direct contact with customers and find it easy to approach other people in a sales context.
* Very good MS Office skills
* Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
