Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage all electrical subcontractors on site.
* Oversee installation of MV/LV systems and associated electrical infrastructure.
* Monitor construction progress and ensure works align with programme.
* Conduct quality inspections and implement project quality plans.
* Coordinate commissioning and handover of electrical systems.
* Liaise with specialist engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
* Support building inspections and authority approvals.
* Review and verify subcontractor invoices based on progress.
Skills/Must have:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience as Electrical Construction Manager / Bauleiter on large construction projects.
* Data center or mission-critical project experience strongly preferred.
* Strong knowledge of electrical installations within complex buildings.
* Familiarity with project scheduling and BIM tools (e.g. ACC, Navisworks, or similar).
* Understanding of German construction regulations and safety standards.
* Fluent German and English.
