You’ll work closely with C-level stakeholders to shape and execute sales strategies that unlock long-term value for our clients and sustainable growth for ATOSS. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of our customers who use our mid-market software solution Proactively engage with your customers and build a strong network Analyze customer needs and identify potential areas for improvement Consultative Selling: Use your expertise in business processes and workforce management to convince champions and decision-makers of the benefits and ROI of our SaaS solution Conduct high-quality software presentations and analyses. Showcase tailored solutions, not just features Drive cross- and upselling with revenue responsibility, including module or location expansions and cloud transformation projects Collaborate closely with consulting, product management, and other internal teams Benefit from our sales training programs (e.g., SPIN, MEDDPICC, presentation skills, legal aspects, negotiation) to level up your skills Key Requirements At least 4 years of experience in SaaS sales Proven experience presenting customized software solutions to clients Technical affinity, a quick grasp of concepts, and strong analytical skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities A willingness to learn, enthusiasm, and strong team spirit Fluency in German and strong proficiency in English Our Benefits Competitive Rewards: Including profit-sharing and employee stock program.
